Honey-Sriracha Grilled Chicken Thighs

6 tablespoons
Sriracha sauce (divided)
2 tablespoons
Honey

Bone-in chicken thighs (skinned)
2 tablespoons
Lime juice
2 tablespoons
Chopped fresh cilantro
Step by Step Instructions
- Whisk 2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce and honey together in a small bowl, then set the mixture aside.
- Put the chicken thighs into a resealable plastic bag, then add the rest of the Sriracha sauce and lime juice, seal the bag, and coat the chicken. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Cover and grill the chicken on a greased grill rack over medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes (turn 3 or 4 times throughout cooking time)
- Put the chicken thighs onto a serving platter and brush them with the honey mixture. Cover, let stand for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with the fresh cilantro.
